What Is The 4C Method?

We first start with Clarifying Your Current System so we know exactly where you’re starting from and your current process and then figuring out what needs to need to change, be reduced, or be added.

From there we Craft Your New Workflow. We literally map it out so you can see what your new process is step by step. This eliminates confusion.

Now that we have the new workflow, it’s time to Create the Automation! Because we have the workflow we now know where exactly tech fits in and why it fits. This is where you sit back, relax, and allow us to do the heavy lifting in your brand new Automated Ecosystem

Once we have implemented the automation, it’s time for you to Continue to Use Your System on your own. This is where we send you only the most necessary information so you’re no longer overwhelmed and you (and your team) can run to the races. This is also where, if needed, ongoing management from us can play a part in your success!

Operation: Freedom is usually a 3 Month program! Depending on the complexity of your situation, however, your program may be longer

You get 2 Tangible Deliverables:

First, you get a mapped-out workflow of your new systematic experience that lays out step by step how each task works together, who is doing what, and what automation is being completed. This is the foundation and is not a skippable process. This workflow is your SOP (standard operating procedure)

Second, you will get a fully-built Automated Ecosystem comprised of 1 Automated Process that we create for you. We will create 90% of your automations in a custom-built Go High Level-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that will house all of the email marketing, sms marketing, funnel pages, landing pages, contact database, database segmentation, sales pipelines, workflows, membership area, course hosting, and more.

On top of that, your ecosystem is going to be built with your specific workflows and automations needed to simplify your current process, automate wherever possible, and make everything more efficient and easier to use for your team and you.

No. Reason being that we are most efficient at building out your ecosystem in the Go High Level-based CRM, inFlow. It’s an all-in-one solution so you not only get everything in one place but you also:

  • Save hundreds of dollars per month from software you’re not really using

  • You only use what you need and you don’t get penalized for what you don’t use

  • Have less headaches because you don’t have 57 different softwares that you’re paying for

It’s a super win for our clients to use what we are most proficient at building

Unless you have a very specific case, it is extremely unlikely that you’re going to need another CRM after we create the Ecosystem for you.

More than likely, you will need Zapier/Make.com to connect the CRM to some other key software that we cannot replace such as Slack, DocuSign or HelloSign, or the Google Suite Products like Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.

If you don’t have a zapier account or would rather not have to manage it yourself, our team can set up your necessary zaps in our account and you would just pay us $25/month for usage, management, and support for fixing any bugs (subject to increase due to task usage).

Having us manage your zaps is 70% less expensive than managing them on your own and far easier 😊

Once your ecosystem is built we send you the necessary links, SOPs, and/or show you your system so you can start to get familiar! We train your team on the most necessary parts, unless you decide to have us manage your system then we do only a light training, hand you your login access and assets and now you can run full speed ahead!

For Clients whose Ecosystems that don’t end up being managed by us after they’re built, we offer 30 days of support

$199/month + Messaging & Premium Usage Fees!

For reference, $20 will get you about 5,000 emails and 600 text messages if split evenly. Also, you only pay what you use (i.e. if in October you send 5,000 emails then you only pay for 5,000 emails, if in November you send 1,000 emails you only pay for those)

You won’t be charged for the monthly rate of the CRM until after your Ecosystem is built and your training has been complete.

If you decide to have us manage your Ecosystem and CRM then your Monthly CRM Fee is waived completely! At that point all you pay is your Messaging & Premium Feature Usage fees.

Yes, absolutely!

Most of our clients want us to manage their systems for them once the automation and ecosystem is built. We will manage your system for a monthly, tiered rate and then waive the price of the CRM completely if you utilize inFlow – you’d only be paying your Management Fee and your Messaging & Premium Usage Fees.

If in the future you’d like to discontinue our management then you’d start paying for the CRM at it’s then-monthly price.

Yes! We will transfer your content, databases, and contacts into your new ecosystem. Depending on the amount of data, we may need to extend the length of your project to do this, however this action is included in the overall program
