Productivity Tools

My #1 Recommended Project Management Tool. ClickUp is a cloud-based collaboration and project management tool suitable for businesses of all sizes and industries. Features include communication and collaboration tools, task assignments and statuses, alerts and a task toolbar.

I use loom to make video SOPs, to quickly talk to my staff or my clients and quickly explain my thoughts or give instructions. Do you know how easy it is to talk to your team (who is all online) when you can just record yourself doing something via video? It's incredible!

Automation Tools

Our all time favorite automation app where you don't have to know how to code! Zapier is like the glue of the internet. I use it to connect apps that don't natively "talk" to each other

Make.com (formerly Integromat) is another fan favorite. I use it for automations that I can't do in zapier

CRMs

#1 Recommended CRM. We use Go High Level to create custom powerful CRMs that replaces $1000s of dollars worth of apps and software. If you own a marketing company then you should be using this for your clients!

Keap is an industry-leading CRM that has extensive support, migration help, and is a staple tech for veteran entrepreneurs

Dubsado is another solid choice of a CRM often used by creators of any kind.

Team Tools

I've used Onlinejobs.ph to hire Virtual Assistants in the past from solo contractors to agencies

I've also used freelancer.com for hiring all kinds of contractors across the world. A solid choice if you're just starting

When hiring a team if they're working hourly you'll want to track their time. I used this before I used Clickup (which has a timesheet included in the software)

I'm an engineer, not an artist (lol) but Canva makes me feel like one! Great for your designs and has beautiful templates you can easily start with. Totally recommend
